Made with a grain bill of vintage-strain USDA Organic soft white wheat, 3X batch distilled in a copper pot still and a high-reflux column for the highest quality. Carefully distilled to retain the essence of the grain and varietal yeast strain.

Lush aromas of soft wheat, citrus peel, peony blossom and vanilla, slightly sweet with hints of grain, orange and cool spice on the palate, mineral driven finish with a note of wheat.
