A special selection of Battle Point Whiskey casks were used to create this special edition bottling. Distilled in late June 2017, this whiskey was entered into 53 gallon No. 3 charred American oak barrels on 7/11/2017 and rested in our barrel warehouse until being transferred into two beautiful Barbados rum casks on 2/3/2024. We rested these barrels for an additional 11 months and bottled them at a delicious 100 proof.
This whiskey displays the same notes as its 86 proof relative, but is extra rich and full, with wonderful notes of baking spice, Demerara and exotic fruits, finishing with a pleasant and lingering warmth.
