The same grain bill (100% Washington-grown USDA Organic Alba and Full Pint barley), the same process (2X pot distilled with zero chill filtration) and the same maturation regimen (aged for 6+ years in Japanese-made 66-gallon Mizunara oak casks), the only difference is the smaller package and the lower price.

Tasting Notes

Aromatic notes of sandalwood, tropical flowers, star anise and joss incense, flavors of nutmeg and clove, pear, marzipan and toasted coconut, yuzu, finishes with fading spice, honey and oak.
